if it is accepted by all rajya sabha before sept 2013 then it will be applcable for our final exam

Even if it is accepted by the Rajya Sabha, the act should receivr the assent of the president before october...which may or may not hapen...

even in the case of the finance act, it is presented on feb 28, but receives the president's assent in june-july

so...the best thing is..start studying the companies act 1956 now..and wait for the bill to be made effective and moreso, wait for the icai notification in this regard...
