Dear Akhil,
There is no need of requirement to disclose in balance sheet beacause in balance sheet itself have a heading named "Share Application Money Pending Allotment"
So you have to only fill it head and yes you can disclose in audit report.
Herewith I am attaching a formate of Balance Sheet according to Revise Schedule VI.
So you mean to say that there is no any disclosure requirement for Share Application Mony Pending Allottment???? Btw Thanks for the Attachment.
