hi every one I have been wrkn in a CA firm for 2.5 yrs,I wanted to know whether i can take a secondment and the person who can sign my forms of CA final and completion of Articleship.

i think' in secondment; ur new CA may pay u stipend;and sign secondment certificate; but ur old CA wil have to sign form 108.
for making new ca sign form 108; u have to take transfer.
that's why secondment is useless.
u can take the secondment and for this ur old and new employer must be agree, and in this case ur form signed by the employer whom u registered not whom u r working
