A Company was formed as Private Limited Company in 1994 and it was converted into Deemed Public Company in 1995 and now we want to convert such Public Company into Private Company. And, this is the NBFC Company. Whats the procedure for intimation to RBI for such Conversion. As per Notification DNBS (PD) CC. No. 12/02.01/99-2000 first RBI approval is required for such conversion but Whats the documents will be filed for the same. If anyone have such documents or formats.
