Query: We have taken PTRC for Company & for directors as well.
Please tell me if there is any use of taking PRTC for directors, since directors are considered as employees of the company.

You are referring to which state? In some states there are seperate rates of PT for directors.If they are paying in one company exemption can be claimed in all other companies. This rule is not mentioned for employees.......mjk
