query regarding pre incorporation contract
A contract has been entered in the name of company before its registration. what is the needful solution for this?

It is not a legal contract.
so do we need to make a new agreement/contract after registration?
ya rgt...becoz if the co. is nt regd than how any contract be regd in its name...
new contract/arrangement is reqd to be made
