Query regarding ordering new study material on ICAI online store (CDS)

Hey everyone!!
Few days back I filled the conversion form available on ICAI website for converting my registration from cpt to CA foundation and made a payment of 500/- online through paytm. Now to get the study material I need to order the books on ICAI online store for which I need to sign up into my account. But as soon as I enter the required details as asked (registration number and DOB) ,it show 'invalid entries ' !!!
I even tried to contact ICAI in this matter but all in vain !!
please suggest something /!!

Wait for a few days, you will receive an email from the institute that you have been registered with the CDS portal. It took me 16 days from the date of registration to receive the email.
I have already received the email regarding my registration with CDS portal..
Then login to the portal and order the books. You won't be charged for it as you have the coupon which will be applied at the time of placing the order.

For me it displays there is no coupon.

But I haven't received any message from Institute of my registration being confirmed!! The mail I received was regarding my registration with cds portal, not of my basic registration for the course so I'm not able to login to cds.. 

hello , i am appearing for the may 2018 attempt , and i am encountering the same problem , i did receive the email but it always says incorrect credentials , i got frustrated pressed enter various times and now my account is blocked its nearly been a whole day but still nothing new , when i tried to click forget password it said user does not exist ,  contacted the customer care 3 timed , they gave useless advice which was of no help , what did you do ???????????

Try entering Mobile number and DOB. Because it worked in my case. :)
i am not able to track my book order ! no respose from icai and cds portal . please help me
I didn't receive any mail from ICAI. How long does it usually take?

I have received an email regarding successful registration in New Final Course . I have been trying since last 12-15 days to order the study material but it shows No coupons available and requires me to make payment for it first . Have been following up with the CDS portal helpdesk for the same but they do not have any solution for this ' No coupons available '  . Sheer wastage of time it is . 

Any other way out ?

Hi , 

Yes , I was logging in using my mobile number . I was supposed to use my registration no. for log in . After doing so i could place the order and received the material as well.
