Query regarding form 108 in case of transfer

My articleship was due to completed on 23 rd august. I was on exam leave from 1st aug. I recieved information on 5th that my pricipal has expired. On asking from instutue regarding further procedure for my pending articleship they said i needed to submit form 103 for re registartion of articleship. I took articleshp in another firm for pending 21 days by submiting form 103. As of today i have received no letter from institue regrding my fresh registration. My articleshp in new firm has also completed. Now my question is whether i should submit form 108 now or should wait for institues reply regarding registration..further which firms details should i give in form 108...thank you...help regarding this would be much appreciated

you need not to wait for the registration process you can send the form 108.

now in 108 you only need to give details of your last principal because you already had given details of previous employer in transfer forms...

In form 103 only previous employers details is given while in 108 details of traing undergone is given along with principals details..i hav to give present emploerys details in 108 but i havent gone under training under new pricipal as i m on exam leave...so my query is whether i have to give training details of both employers cumulatively or details of training under new employer only
