I completed my articleship in August 2017. I got a letter from institute stating that I have to serve extension for 4 days.
what is the procedure to be followed?
is it compulsory to serve extension for just 4 days?

Just file fresh form 102 with same principle and add termination date 4 days after... Actually ur completion of artickeship after 4 days... You wrong calculate period thats why recvd letter from icai
I received letter from icai regarding 1 day shorter... You have to fill form with 4 days after... Signed with pricipal and a letter from princpal as wrongle calculate period of services

Yes then you have to fill new article registration letter first... Then article completion letter... For 4 days... Untill you served... U can't recive article completion letter... Icai asks for even one day also as in my case... Happening with many students

You can file revise form 109...in which u can adjust... Otherwise whole procedures... Maine revise form 109 file kiye the...
As in my case my articleship should be completed as on 4 june but i wrongly calculate it as 3 june in form 109, then icai ask for 1 day articleship... File revise form 109 and mention 4 june completed date.. Thats the procedure
Otherwise u have to follow whole procedures... It is advisable that please visit one time icai article section and enquire what to do
i cant file revised form because mine was industrial training. i had to submit form 105. and i cant serve extension there
Then no option left... Frrsh form 103 for 4 days with any PCA and then form 109...only that u can do now.. Kisi frnd sab se sign kara le... Only then u can receive article completion letter... One time please ask from icai how this happen
