Query regarding exam

Hi according to me the exemption can be claimed.

If you were present for all the papers of group 1 and fail in any one i.e. do not clear the group but secure an exemption in costfm then you shall be eligible for exemption in costfm for the next three following exams, provided you appear for all the remaining 3 papers of group 1 in the respective attempt.

Majorly the terms and conditions for exemption are group wise so irrespective of group 2 the above shall prevail.
