I have Filled DIN 1 YESTERDAY
AND NOW WHEN I CHECK THE STATUS
IT SHOWS

MY QUERY IS THAT
WILL I M LIABLE FOR PAYMENT OF FEE OF Rs 100 AT THE TIME OF RESUBMISSION
u don't need to pay Rs. 100/- again. When u first filed the Form DIN1 in the payment receipt left corner there ll be an SRN No...use tat SRN no to file the form again without payment. Login using ur user Id, select E form tab enter ur SRN No and click Resubmit to file the form.
