Query regarding Compliance Certificate

Yes, I wish to hold the EGM in F.Y. 2009-10 for which the CC has been filed. Now what can be done......

As per law EGM can not be held as then your compliance certificate will be to that extent wrong or give false information. Also CS in practice who has issued that Compliance certificate will be charged with giving wrong particulars in CC. Hence in case you could defer holding EGM then I suggest you to do the same. Thanks
