i have filed Form 1, 18 and 32 and now its shows status as "waiting for user clarification" and "may advise the applicant to mention total number of subscribed shares in the subscriber page of moa Form 67 (Addendum) should be filed by 02/04/2014 failing which the eForm shall be treated as invalid " what to be done ??
and i want to know that ROC mention all the defects in one time in the e-form??
You need to do the following:
1) In the subscriber page of your MOA, mention the total number of shares that are subscribed by all the shareholders.
2) File Form 67 (Addendum) with the MOA as the attachment.
If ROC has pointed out only one query, he might be satisfied with the rest.
Agree with the learned member.
Alter the subscriber sheet of MOA and mention the number of shares subscribed.
File form 67 with modified MOA as attachment, it is requried to be certified by the practicing professional.
