I will be giving my Final attempt in the November of 2013 and interested in doing my CFA...i have not yet obtained my degree and i have registered with IGNOU to do my B.Com A & F programme and will be giving all the papers in the December of 2012....my query is that whether i will eligible to give my CFA level 1 exam in the Decmber of 2012 considering that i am in the last year of graduation......and further to that i also want to know if i will be able to give my Level 2 in the June of 2013 assuming that i clear all my IGNOU exams and i am now eligible for the degree.....i know that my query is very specific and it might appear to be a bit vague....please give me your opinions and thanks in advance....

ur case is a bit different.. since ur getting ur degree from ignou-ICAI tie up programme idont think u will be able to give the cfa exams unless u pass the bcom A&F papers as there is no 1st or last year chakkar here.. but if u wan to be really sure just drop an email to CFA institute and ask them..

I have almost the same doubt too.. I am doing my CA and CS. My CA final is due in nov'13. I have not done my UG. Will CS be taken as the UG equivalent for registering in CFA? or should i do my B.com??
@ shreenidhi ram.. u will have to get a b.com to register for CFA... CS and CA wont work for registeration.
