query regarding articleship
is stipend received in cash is valid?? i quitted ca but want to rejoin. my articleship completed on 2011n i didnt fill form108...now i need to provide 108 alongwith a delay fee of 10000rs ..n stipend details but i received my stipend in cash ...what to do now

It is ur principal tension... A ca should give stipend money only through account payee... Jsut file form 108...
U will recv ur articleship completion letter... And take cheque of stipend amount
i should file 108 without any details n in dat column of bank details what should i fill
Provide ur bank account details of that time... And u should also send work diary now... U will recv ur completion letter
i m so tensed about dis matter actually its a gap of 6 years ....if my ca won't cooperate?

Now what can u do... U have to send also diary details and just provide ur bank details... Don't worry if ca sign on form 108...
When you complete ur 3 yrs of training then u should file form 108 at that time... Whether u r continung ca or not... Have u appear any attempt for ca final... Then no worry... In ca final form first time also ca sign stating that ur 2.5 yrs of training is completed
ya it was my huge mistake I m still in IPCC ..I have cleared group 1 of PCC in 2012
Koi nai what has happened.. Happened... Now think on probable solutions... Don't worry just provide bank account no and work diary
