My friend is going to complete his second yr of his articleship in october 2009. Till date he enjoyed 4 months (120 days) leave.
a) whether he is eligible to appear in Nov 09 Exams?
b)In future he is not going to take furher holidays. Then what is the impact of the leave taken upto till date?
c)What is the eligible holidays that he is entitled to take further as per institute norms?
Can a CA final student who completes his 35 hours of minimum training during weekdays (i.e. Monday to Friday) go to classes for CA final on Saturday at 3 p.m., without any consequences as per the anti-article circular which brought limitation on classes timings.
What consequences the principal will face if he permits the aticle to go to classes.
Yes U can Claim Refund even if u have filed a Belated Return.
There is no provision in Income Tax Act that restrict from getting refund on Late filing of Return
