I am Piyush.I want to ask something for my friend.He is appearing in PEII in May for 5th time.He has cleared 2nd grp. If he appears in PCC, in Nov08 or May09 then he will have to give both grps or only 1st. & he will have to complete 15 mnths before appearing in PCC or not. kindly help him.

With regard to helping your friend,its enough if he appears for first group alone and for the other query check out with the institiute.
