Dear Sir/Madam, I have received one query on bank details form ICAI which were missing in form 108. Can u tell me format/Language of Draft Letter which will provide details to ICAI.....pleaseeee....I have submitted my form on 15/12/2015 along with delay fees of Rs.100 by way of DD.

Send it by speed post only to the ofc from wher u got the letter. Attach a copy of that letter with this.
