Dear Sir/Madam, I have received one query on bank details form ICAI which were missing in form 108. Can u tell me format/Language of Draft Letter which will provide details to ICAI.....pleaseeee....I have submitted my form on 15/12/2015 along with delay fees of Rs.100 by way of DD.

Do as below: To (name of dept.) Icai Sub.: Submission of bank details as inquired by ICAI Ref. : Reference no. ( letter u received from icai) Dear sir, With reference to above mentioned subject i am hereby submitting the bank account details where my stiepnd was being deposited by the principal (your ca where u did articls) M/S XYZ associates, chartered accountant. Membership no. (so & so) Bank a/c no. : 01234 Name of bank : Xyz bank Branch : Main branch / mg road etc A bank statement is enclosed herewith showing the details of stiepend deposit. Kindely acknowledge the receipt of this letter. Thanking you. Yours faithfully (your name) (your registration number) Mobile no. Email address Encl.: Copy of bank statement attested by ca xyz (your principal ca) ... Thats it Send it by speed post only to the ofc from wher u got the letter.
