If High Court has Ordered for the Liquidation of a Company due to non payment of creditors dues and the status of the Company is shown in the ROC website as "Under Liquidation", What steps the Company has to take to bring it out of Liquidation status... Company will have to bring stay on the Liquidation Order & will have to apply for Reconstruction Scheme by the approval of Board as well as by the approval of Creditors.
