latest , 3B to be filed on 20th Aug 17 n also make payments of Gst for the month of July 17 , it is advisable to make payment on 17th to avoid conjetion of last date.
But how to file GSTR 3B, I have already done all data in GSTR 3B format. But I not know how can file or how can upload .... Can you guide me how do it ????

A day before I had communication with one of the service tax authority. He said that GSTR-3B is launched to make assessees get used to with GST portal and avoid last minute rush of the assessee. And by the way it is a provisional return , if anything plus/minus then can be adjusted in final GSTR1/2/3

Yes, GSTR1 can be filed 10th August. Nevertheless form 3B also required to file for July.
Payment and filing form 3B due date is seems to be on 20th August, if it is so, how to proceed, can anybody guide.
ITC on Closing stock can also be availed in GSTR-3B since we have to pay tax on self assesment basis. subject to condition that you filed GST trans-1 form for ITC on closing stock as on 30-06-2017.
at gst.gov portal msg displaying GSTR-3B available on the portal, can any please help where i can find GSTR-3B, Bcz its not in download sec at gst.gov portal
