I am a student and will b going on my audit in August can you guys help me by giving suggestion on audit .

First of all ask your audit manager what is the work that is being allotted to you. Since this is your first audit,most probably you will be handed over vouching or more specifically cash vouching. Read your audit book's chapter on Vouching and verification.Also brush up your knowledge on TDS rates,cash payment limits under income tax and some basic accounting standards like 5,6,9,10 and 11
