Expenses paid by Consignment Agent which is to be borne by Consignor of the goods. Thoses expenses are mentioned in Sale Patti and are being recorded as expenses in the books of consignor. Whose liability will be there to pay FBT on such expenses ?

Expenses which attracts FBT.e.g. Telephone Expenses paid, Cond veyance Expenses paid by Consignment Agent for the purpose of buisness.
