WHAT IF DURING SEARCH AND SEIZURE A REGISTRY DEED IS FOUND HAVING CONSIDERATION OF RS 5 CRORE AND A MOU BETWEEN BUYER AND SELLER IS ALSO FOUND WHICH SHOWS THAT BECAUSE THE PROPERTY IS LITIGATED THE ACTUAL CONSIDERATION IS RS 3 CRORE BUT FOR THE SAKE OF EASE OF REGISTRY IN THE REGISTRATION DEED IT HAS BEEN SHOWN AS 5 CRORE.
WHETHER THE ADDITION UNDER SCTION 69 SHOULD BE RS 3CRORE OR RS 5 CRORE????
ALSO THE SELLER AND MEDIATOR IS AGREEING TO THE FACT THAT THE ACTUAL CONSIDERATION OUTFLOW IS RS 3 CRORE
