Dear sir mera Gst Return nill ka gaya hai F-Y 2019-20 me kya mai ITR-4 File kar sakta hu ya nahi

Isiliye us F-Y 2018-19 mein maine ITR-1 File kar di hai usse koi problem to nahi hai

Gst returns sari nill ki file ho rahi hai ITR4 bhej nahi sakte jab bussines transaction nahi hai so salary se income dikhakar itr1 bhej diya isme kya problem hai bataiye

Listen mai Gst registration liya hu but meri sari return nill ki ja rahi hai kyuki koi bhi sale purchase nahi ho rahi hai so mai ek company me job bhi karta hu waha mujhe salary milti hai isliye maine ITR4 nahi file kiya jo ki bussines ki hai aur itr1 file kiya iisme kya galat hai bataiye aap
Simply fill itr 3 with proper gst details even your return in gst is nil

ITR 1 is proper return, You filed your return properly, nothing to worry about...

if there is "no business income", the person is not required to file form ITR 3 or 4.
(It's not like that, If you have a GST number, than you have to file form ITR 3/4..)
