How to treat a Joint saving account in an individual IT file and accounts as well. as one of them is not a taxpayer and both account holders transact in joint account with Cash & Cheque means cheques and cash are being deposited and withdrawn from both ends.
Please any one solve my query....the last query is still pending...no one wants to get me rid of this problem...

In the case of joint account you have to prove the transactions related to such persons, beyond the doubt of the AO.
