what is the procedure for add and remove the director in ROC can you please anyone guide me on this I have to file two forms or one form in ROC

Yes form dir-12 just fill the particular of newly appointed first
First I have to fill appointment of director and then resignation of director I am right for appointment of director DIR-2 for resignation (resignation letter) is more than enough ha or any else attachment have to be attached in DIR-12
