No need to show so much of love for your principal. As the stipend rates prescribed by the institute are nominal. Even the petrol expenses incurred by the articles are higher than the stipend.

By paying nominal amount of stipend CAs are taking work from potential CAs.

You should not start any new ritual by repaying the stipend money. As most of the CAs already don't want to pay stipend.

If you really want to convey thanks to your sir than improve the quality of your work in the office, do work till late hours with utmost sincerity.

And as far as your question is concerned it is a mandatory requirement for the CAs to pay the minimum amount of stipend. Therefore if you don't receive stipend by cheque than it may lead to professional misconduct on the part of your principal as well as on yours.

Such an act would most likely be immaterial in your cause to please your principal and try and show him your respect for him.
If you really intend on pleasing your Principal and repaying his care, you should work as hard as possible to be one of the best, because if you turn out to be a successful person, people will look towards your Principal's firm with more awe.
