Hello Fellow Professionals.
I have client who wants me to register his small trading business as sole properietorship in Haryana.
He has small business, and hence i sugessted him to go for Sole Properietorship.
My questions are :
What is the best way to get it done ?
I heard registering with MSME under "Adhaar Udyog" is cheapest and quickest.
Is there any restriction to get Invoice printed, Business card ? Can he print all that ?
In MSME i cnt find anything relating to Trading of General goods, anyone suggest what should i put in it ?
