On filing income tax return after the due date, his late fee was paid along with it, but he is not showing on 26as and is asking the department to pay the late fee with interest.
Reply has been given against this notice but notice has come again and still 26as pay late fee show is not doing what to do.

If the ITR is processed and received 143(1) within 5days of filing ITR then chances are there to get demand notice from IT depart.
