Hi,
As per institue, an article can get transfer only if he proved the genuine reason (i.e Medical certificate for bad health(from Govt Hosp), Transfer of Parents only if it is beyond 50 kms(Transfer Copy) and etc.,
You need to send all this (Whichone is applicable) with your principle signature in a letter head.
For more information check with institute concerned person.

HEY APART FROM 50KM TRANSFER , WITH MUTUAL UNDERSTANDING BETWEEN U AND UR SIR , U CAN ALSO GET THE TRANSFER FROM ARTICLESHIP.
ITS NOT COMPULSORY TO HAVE BEYOND 50KM TRANSFER ONLY
