Query and its urgent

My question is that there is company which is Joint Venture.. And both companies are Indian companies... But one of the company requires calendar year report so our question is that whether we are required to give CARO report??? In short what is the CARO applicability for calendar year report??? In normal course CARO is applicable to the comapny,, And report is only for internal management only...
