I have taken admission in IPC by Direct Admission Scheme and cleared group 1 in May 2013.Now I want to take transfer from my articleship and to rejoin my articleship after november 2013.Please give me suggestions about my query.

Thnx 4 ur valuable wish sir,actually in Direct Entry Scheme,it is compulsory 2 do 7 months articleship training before may 2013.After may exams,my sister suggested me take transfer from training & rejoin it after november examination.So its my question whether i can take transfer.Can any other C.A. attest my exam. form after transfer?I have one more query,bt first suggest me about it.
Taking transfer is not a problem, but u shud know that rejoining should be within 2 months of transfering date,,
and yes any CA can attest your form...

A Student is free to take transfer from his current principal during first year of article ship by submitting form-109 signed by his principal with Institute. There after you can join with other principal. No need to take prior approval from Institute for transfer.
Request for transfer not accompanied by consent of Principal shall not be accepted.
In case of dispute between principal and articled assistant, the matter be settled amicably among the articled assistant and the principal concerned and the Institute shall not interfere in such cases.
