No, According to New Articleship Regulation Act......Stipend Can't Be Given in Cash.
N What The Problem Telling Bank,Solve That One.No Problem are Such Which Can't Solve.
But if that article require the payment urgently as the three months are already expires, that such article has not receive the stippend from last 2 months and also his training will also completed before 1month ago, then cant that article receive his full and final payment in cash.
