Query about leave urgent pls help

My articleship is going to complete on oct 1st 2015

I had served under one ca for six months and had taken leave for 68 days, and institute has sent a letter of excess leave of 48 days

now Under the second employer I had taken only 53 days leave so 

Kindly help me that do I need to submit form 107 also or only form 108 is enough for termination of articleship.
