Query about form 50a - west bengal

Hi All,

My company buys some goods from a MP based supplier and sells it to a Kolkata based company. My company doesn't has a MP TIN no. For sending goods to WB, one needs to get Form 50A.

My buyer says he can give Form 50A using my supplier's TIN no. but then invoice also has to be from my supplier. 

Is it necessary to have billing party and party sending the goods on Form 50A to be same ?
