The query related to two partners of a partnership company
One Partnership company, having two Partners ( Both Husband & wife)., dealing with mechanical products ,registerd under GST.
the same partners are having one educational training institute seperatly , like another partnership company, filing income-tax returns, but not registered under GST, as this turnover is under 10lakhs.
Now my query -- is there any problem with GST officers as in two partnership companies, the partners are same, but in one company paying GST, and another one is not.
please give your valuable opinions.

In my opinion they should be treated as seperate assessees since they have seperate PAN and shouldnt be clubbed for the purpose of assessing applicability of GST.

Turnover is to be calculated PAN wise. Since both the partnership business is having different PAN, therefore they will be treated as separate business.
