Urgent help!!!
I am article clerk registered after clearing my IPCC route on 01.04.2013 and took transfer of articleship to another firm, date of termination on first firm is 20.06.2013 i.e. 2 month 20 days
I registered in second firm on 10.08.2013 for remaining period. so there is a 50 days gap in re-registration.
Can I take this 50 days in leave???
When my Final attempt is due???
In those 50 days I serviced in one other firm for 30 days but does not got registered there, I recently came to know that for filing CA Final form student must be in his last 6 month of service(2.5 years should have been completed including leave on 1st day of the month in which exams are held).
If I consider that 50 days gap as leave then my 2.5years is completed, If I dont consider this gap as leave then only 2 years 5 months 10 days is completed.
I am much confused about november 2015 attempt.
Please provide Solution.
