If somebody has filled examination form for both groups of executive CS but want to sit for only 2nd group.
Can he do so or he will be disqualified from giving exam?
Is it mandatory to appear for all papers or can he just go and give 2nd group exam?

since you have fill both groups in examination form, its your choice now whether to appear both groups, or just go and appear for 2nd group......simply you are considered as absent in 1st group, you wont be disqualified from giving exams....okk
and all d best for 2nd group papers......do well in Securities law especially.....
