It depends on the nature of the job work.
If it is in the nature of legal or professional services than it will be covered under section 194J and the maximum threshold limit is Rs. 30000/-.
If it is in the nature of contract as defined under Section 194C then it will be covered u/s 194C and the maximum threshold limit is Rs. 75000/- and for single transaction Rs. 30000/-
