1 of my friends has not completed 3.5 yrs of training but has completed around 3.1 yrs . now he wants to leave ca course. can he take certificate of 3.1yrs and in future if want to do ca, can he continue after completing rest of the period of training.

i think he/she shud complete the articleship of remaining 4months..
i dont know about the provision for set-off of previously worked duration..
if he/she will do rest of 4months in future, then i think , the period for which he/she will take rest, may be counted as excess leave..
