Due to which they close some circle which generate less revenue..
on closer preocess they dismantel all the interior of building..

You can claim your stake, provided it is your routine business activity to erect and dismantle any such building/s. Otherwise it will be treated as immovable property, on which GST is not levied. (Hence, no claim of ITC)
