Is erection and commissioning for making sanitary toilets attract service tax or not under swachh bharat scheme if work is done for csr??If yes or no pls quote notification .

there is no exemption on the name of swachh bharat scheme,
however there is 2 percent additonal cess proposed (not yet implemented) on service tax payable vide budget 2015
Yes Service tax will be applicale @ 5.6% (40% of 14%). No exemption yet under service tax
