Hi all,

We have launched a new partnership firm.

This firm deals with Software Development, Website design & development, Electronics device design etc IT related job for various clients in Kolkata-West Bengal & Bengaluru -Karnataka.

We have got the following documents

Trade License.

Partnership Deed.

PAN card in the name of firm.

Bank account.

Applied for TAN.

Please let us know what alse do we require to apply next?

Sales Tax

Service Tax

VAT

TIN

Also what else do we require to do if we expect payment in foreign currecy payment from different countries like U.S.A. to directly our bank account through NEFT/ NET transfer.

Service tax regn (not required up to Rs. 9 lacs turnover)
If u deal in import/export, IEC with DGFT
Shops & Establishment registration
PF/ESI (if applicable)
Regarding foreign inward remittance to your account, u can contact ur bank for collecting more information about the bank account details.

We are the partners of a Partnership Firm dealing with Software Development , web design etc.
We have got our partnership deed, Trade License, PAN, TAN.
The age of the firm is just 4 months.

How can we apply for professional tax Online?? what are the steps? is there any eligibility criterion??

How can we apply for Service tax Online?? what are the steps? is there any eligibility criterion??

Also How can we get patent for our company name (both full form & abbriviation) & logo? what are the steps like whom to

contact ? their email id & Contact number(if possible).
