Hi Rahul,

Visit https://www.sap.com/asia/services/education/centres/partners.epx for list of Institutions authorised by SAP for conducting training and certification exams. Siemens is by far the widest achknowledged institutes. But in the end its only the certification which matters than the institute you studied from.
