IFRS is useful for all CA, CWA & also CS no matter whether you are in practice or in employment. In coming futhure it is applicable to most of the companies.

I have enclosed the file go through with it & check the applicability. 

Thank you Ankita Madam! but it looks like only listed companies would follow IFRS, if CA firm doesn't have any Listed client then IFRS is of no use? m worried as i have interest in the subject but have no direction to move forward. I cant work in corporate(employee) but wish to serve corporates as a consultant.. wat should i do?

I am a CS but interested to get the knowledge about IFRS, because it is new thing no matter whether it is useful to me or not. If you want to provide professional services to corporates then also it is good to have knowledge of it.
