Can a partnership firm be formed as a subsidiary of Private limited company???
The nature of business is same. The company is a Hotel and the partnership firm going to be formed is a
Restaurant.

Company can firm a partnership firm being artificial person but partnership firm is not subsidiary of the company, Company can be partner of the firm.
In partneship firm minimum two persons are required so that your company can hold 99%, any other company or individual can hold rest, sothat the purpose of formation is served.
Two companies can form partnership firm.
