I have completed my articleship period and got extention of 3m and 17 days and got completed the extension also.
however i took leave during my extension period also and have not submiteed any forms for completion in extension.
however my query is that can i file 2 forms of 108 and 1 form 107 simultaneously on same day (i.e. 1 form 108 for completion of extension and 1 form 107 for new contract and another form 108 for completion for leave in extention period.
Please help urgent
i had heard that there is some penalty/fine.. in case of extension of articleship training.
please confirm...
If you served the excess period without actually sending form 108 and 107 upon completion of intial agreement, then it would be better if you just send 1 form 108 now for the initial term asking your principal to adjust the excess served period from leave taken days, i.e. leave during initial term less excess served.
You will of course have to pay requisite fine as condonation fee along with application.
if from 108 is not submitted in period of 30 days from due date there is peanlty imposed.. so check the same.
Dear I would suggest u not to show any leave during the extended period because according to me the Institute does not permit so...n there is also some sort of provision that if u hav taken any leave during Extended period then you cant serve that leave with the same principal...
You just try to find out if this is true....???
