Dear i am a final year student and i had completed my articleship on 4th january 2012. During the articleship i had joined LLB course from M.S.University and i got my degree too. But due to confusion i had not filled up form No. 112 for geting permission for it. and the timing of university was 2.00p.m to 7.00p.m. Now i want to correct my mistake but will intitute permit my degree???? please let me know my dear friends. I am too much confused about it.
You need to seek permission to pursye other courses within 30 days of joinng the same , but in case you don't comply with the same , then you may be penalised for the delay so caused....the penalty may be around Rs 1000........ so submit the form asap
