I am verymuch confused about the following points in case of Public as well as private company, please can anybody clear my doubts?
1). Form-23AC- Point No.12(II)(6) - Deposits accepted or renewed during the financial year - which deposits are to be mentioned, whether U/s 58A, or deposits taken from Directors, relative of DIrectors, shareholders and others???
2). Form-23AC- Point No.12(II)(14) - Gross value of transaction as per AS-18 - which transactions?? and whether are they shown in B/s.??
3). Form-23ACA- Point No.2(Part B)(II)(6): Rent - Which rent is to be mentioned?? Whether paid or received??
