Dear Sir,

 I have renewal my IPCC registration on 19th december 2016 from ICAI Delhi branch  which was expired last year.I need my registration letter but Delhi branch refused to provide me that letter and said you have to go to kolkata where i have have registered my IPCC or mail to kolkata branch they will provide you that letter i have Mail the quaries to kolkata branch and call many time but i can't get my registration letter please help me for download the re-registration letter by own my own
